(When fully developed the 536 hectare Turner Road Precinct includes:4,020 new homes for around 11,000 new residents. Gregory Hills falls under the Turner Road precinct):  The sales rate is averaging 4 per week.

Oran Park

(fully developed will yield 7,540 new homes for around 22,000 new residents): The sales rate is maintaining 5-6 per week.
